Unfortunately I can't unless I join a blogathon that is suited for it. See my post "Rules of the Road" for greater clarity, but I put 1990 as the upper limit of dates for movies because of the need to keep it at the level of a fantasy that I am actually watching them at the drive-in.

But I Quiggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12434473473185065992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739955.post-35407636500279495462016-02-09T17:59:14.738-08:002016-02-09T17:59:14.738-08:00Hi Quiggy - I have added a lot more favorites sinc...Hi Quiggy - I have added a lot more favorites since I posted this ten years ago, and Priscilla Queen of the Desert is one of them! I love that movie and own the DVD. To Wong Foo...not so much. The Australian original is just too perfect!
angelman66https://www.blogger.com/profile/16471674180789592940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739955.post-1340758496868080522016-02-09T17:44:32.609-08:002016-02-09T17:44:32.609-08:00This is the post I needed to see. Or the rather better done Australian original "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" along the same theme?Quiggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12434473473185065992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739955.post-51261856814416832382013-06-19T04:24:33.458-07:002013-06-19T04:24:33.458-07:00Hi Ken! I have added several to my list since I posted this...

I think you you will LOVE Angels in America and Tales of the City in particular....the masterworks of two amazing writers, Tony Kushner and Armisted Maupin...these miniseries truly provide a top-of-the-line filmic experience, with a gay aesthetic. Obviously they are on my list to write about, as I am inspired to do so!<br /angelman66https://www.blogger.com/profile/16471674180789592940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739955.post-88283689375391139192013-06-19T01:14:25.694-07:002013-06-19T01:14:25.694-07:00hi Angelman!

Although I didn't count how many of your favorite films you listed in total, of that amount I counted 62 than number among either my favorites or films I enjoy watching. A pretty good average I think.
There are about 6 or 7 films you have listed that I've never seen (among them: Deep Impact, Angels in America, Hedwig).<Ken Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04940648971296673233noreply@blogger.com
